I love what it captures about being alive: that the gray areas of life — the ambiguity, intimacy, tension, longing — unfolds against vivid, textured, and beautiful worlds.

How on earth I missed this one for the collection who knows. This is one of the most beautiful movies ever, centered around creativity and creative output. Not just the mastery of craft or creativity’s importance in society but a true look into the depths, often painful and unpredictable, of those doing the creative work and the conditions they require to do so.

The ultimate Practica film. A creative couple working together, obsessed with their craft, producing incredible work for a huge range of clients and needing some very specific 'things' from each other in order to keep it up long term. Independent from the connection to our company and work, this is a masterstroke from a director who is not short on masterstrokes. Stunning soundtrack from Jonny Greenwood, beautiful set pieces, locations and costumes. We would live in this movie if we could and...
